Does anyone have any idea about the application deadlines for berks and bucks 11+ and the private schools for 2019?

For Bucks, the online portal to apply for testing opens on 1st May and closes on 27th June: https://www.buckscc.gov.uk/services/edu ... y-in-2020/

I can't help you with Berks, but I'm sure the timing will be very similar.


Sorry, but we are not mind-readers. Why don't you try the websites of the schools you are interested in? Or at least tell us which they are so we can Google them for you ...

You applied before for your ds in 2015 so you must have some idea of how the system works.

Private schools are not an entity.

Each school has its own exam and its own closing date and its own results date.

If you look at their pages you should find the various key dates, but from memory applications start about the end April/beginning of May and end sometime in June. The dates will be the same for all he Slough grammars.

Following DGs post I looked at your previous posts.

I would also suggest you check the admissions criteria (also available through the links you’ll find in my previous post) for the Slough schools you are interested in as some have changed since you will have last looked. In particularly there are some catchment changes I believe. I’m not a Slough expert and don’t know where you live so you’d need to check for yourself.
