My DS with score of 111.13 didn't make it into Reading Boys. When will we find out what the cut off score is?

I am also interested in understanding what is the process to know the position of my DS on the waiting list.

If I understood correctly, I can add him to the waiting list through the online portal of my council, but I do not know if he is #1 or #50 on the waiting list. Are we supposed to ask the school?

My son got 111.67 but didn’t get reading boys in the first list looks like the cutoff this year has gone up significantly, would like to know his chance in second list and when we will get to know, are we to accept the current offered place in the meantime?

My DS has got 111.80 and he hasn't got a place. Keen to find out about the waiting list. It is a painful wait.

Wow 111.80 doesn't make the cut this year?

I guess it will not happen then for my son, there's going to be 5-20 kids above him at least.

Reading school's admissions voicemail states that they will send an email to every child on the waiting list today, stating their position on the waiting list. Not sure at what time though.

Reading school usually post info about cut offs etc on NAD and I will keep checking.

Update: Our DS is 8th on the waiting list at the moment (1st March, 9.30am)

Our DS got 111.96 but no place.

ok waiting list email landed a few minutes ago. Does anyone know from historical data how far it moves?
