Understanding is that the councils have resolved this and affected parents have been called to inform of the correct outcome. Still waiting for official communication to arrive in the post.

We had received an email from Surrey council that Slough council had accepted that it was their error and they are working on to make offers to the parents who were affected. Waiting for email from them now.

Thts correct. Surrey council and the school have been helpful in terms of communication. Awaiting for official communication in the post.

Good that the issue is sorted now and parents have heard that they will be offered a correct place. It will be good if parents post here the score and the names of the school offered once they get official email / letter regarding the offer.

Did the councils comment on whether the resolution affects those who already have an offer?
