Re: SLOUGH RESULTS 2020 (for 2021 entry)
Hello
My daughter has scored 133. Does she hold a chance of getting the seat in UPTON COURT? Based on rank order.
We are OOC.
Thanks

The below is a bit confusing. If someone could clarify what does the (up to 5.95 miles) mean. Is this for the allocation for rank order?

The scores from slough has come back with a whole number. Will they tell us what the exact standardised score?

Lowest score on that criteria was 120. The farthest a student comes from, who was accepted under that criteria, was 5.95 miles. To note, here the selection criteria is score, not distance.Mom2021entry wrote:The below is a bit confusing. If someone could clarify what does the (up to 5.95 miles) mean. As per section 6-v : Up to 120 Pupils in rank order of performance in the 11+ tests. If pupils are admitted through criteria
5, 6(i), 6(ii), 6(iii) and 6(iv), this number will reduce accordingly.
So looks like these seats are allocated only based on the test score and not based on the distance.

Even if you can't pass 111 score, is there any opportunity to be in the waiting list? Or are you totally not selected?
Re: SLOUGH RESULTS 2020 (for 2021 entry)
All the admissions criteria (on the school websites) require a score of 111 to be considered for admission. You could apply & then appeal once the place has been refused, although my understanding is that few appeals succeed in Slough.lukeonslow wrote:Even if you can't pass 111 score, is there any opportunity to be in the waiting list?
