Thanks 2020D2022S for your reply.

Your DD was out of county applicant or within the county when she appeared for the test?

I am not certain about county, but we were not within Slough Council. We will be appearing again this year as "outside" of Slough Council.

For the previous few years the testing tales place on Saturday or its a typing mistake?

Please can someone confirm.
The Slough test date has been a Saturday for some years now.

hi: it’s always been a Saturday (for the last ten years at least).

Note if you are from miles and miles away, sometimes different tests clash on this Saturday but you do not have any option re timings (morning vs afternoon): if you were applying for eg Manchester grammars or Birmingham too (I hope not) you are better picking the one most suited to your circumstances rather than trying to do both.

Please note that if you live midway between Slough and Reading and were considering both you MUST tick the “share my score with Reading” AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION to the Slough consortium as you can’t ask them to share scores after the exam, they need to know now.

I think Reading are changing this year, so it won't be the same test? Please could someone local correct me if this isn't the case.

Does that mean the tests will
be on different days? (I don’t keep up with Reading as have always been at the Slough end)

Reading test dates look to be 11/12th Sept, Slough consortium is the 11th.

There’s no mention on Reading School’s website as far as I can see for you to request which date.

Please can someone help as I am unable to find this information

I have checked the staright line distance from my home to Herschel Grammar school and its 7.83 miles.

My query is if my son scores 121 (in Slough Consortium Exam) will he be eligible for entry in 2022, I know the criteria changes every year
From where I can check the data for 2021 entry.

Thanks in advance
