Hello,
One of my friend who used to live here(and is UK citizen) moved to India few years ago, now planning to come back and settle here next year, she has come here last month only to make her daughter write 11plus exams for slough grammar schools.
They are now going back to india. She does not have a permanent address in london currently, how should she apply for secondary school for her daughter to start next year. If she gets qualified in slough council what will be the process? Also while applying the secondary school form on council website, what address proof will be needed? Her daughter has done all her primary schooling in india.

Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately you can't apply for a school until you have an address in the UK. I suggest your friend has a thorough read of the Slough website which will give details of residence requirements and how to apply.
