What is likelihood of getting chance in Upton Court with 118 score as OOC candidate?

2020 Entry: only about 35 percent of approx 3600 candidates have achieved or exceeded the minimum 111 score to qualify. Same year, a good chunk achieved 120+, and around 100 candidates had the minimum 111 score. Because of Standardization, the percent distribution is expected to remain similar year on year.

One of my friends kid has passed with very high numbers. Based on last year range, they are in top 5 students in Slough consortium.
