We don’t have the info yet to make a guess. The consortium usually give out info on last years allocations when the results come out and I will update the historic data at the beginning of this thread when I get that. We should get some info on the numbers taking the test this year I think, but not sure if we have got this in previous years.

Until then, the historic data at the beginning of this thread is the best we have to go on for now.

The headteacher's presentation from 25 September states the following:

In 2018:
• 72% obtained a place on merit
• 27% obtained a place on distance
• The lowest score accepted by rank was 117
• On the waiting list, the distance from the school of the furthest applicant who scored 117 is 15.8 miles
• The furthest applicant offered a place by distance criteria lives 5.02 miles away

I think it is around 70% 30%?

Thanks Dear Parent.

is this 72% means General Seats? i.e. irrespective of Priority Area?

There isn't a set percentage, they have to follow their admissions criteria. The FAQs state
Please read Statistics Summary which can be found on the schools websites and with your online results letter.

My DS got a score of 124 and air distance between my house and Upton Court Grammar school is 10.02, but driving distance is 11.7 miles. Is there any chance of he getting an admission in Upton Court or any other grammar school in Slough Consortium ?
