When Do we hear from KEFS ?

Hello All,
When do parents get conformation of date and location of exam for the test in Nov? A week or two weeks in advance....Will the postal strikes have an impact on this parents getiing notfications in time? Will the KEGS Foundation make any adjustments and allowances for this. Comments regarding this would is welcomed.
