Hi mm2 - Thanks for your post - you kept us all entertained in 2008 when our DSs were going through the seemingly endless wait. I'm now waiting to hear to hear how DS3 has done this year and it doesn't get any easier Can you please let us have more cakes to help make the wait more bearable

Now, I'll have some of that! :P

The holidays have barely started and the more I think about it, the more I feel how unhelpful it is that we receive their results after the half term holidays. At least, if we knew the results roundabout now, we could either celebrate the good news or if it's not so good- then use the holiday to still cheer and console them.

I wonder if, come Tuesday morning, the school playground will be devoid of Y6 parents as it was last year?! :? Whatever the result, I think I'll take a leaf out of Bruce Lee's book: "don't fear failure. Not failure, but low aim is the crime. In great attempts it is glorious even to fail". :)

By the way, CONGRATULATIONS to all those who have received some good news in the independent sector!! :D :D :D

I think that one's disinfectant. The one on the left is brake fluid. I recommend the dental mouth wash instead.
