Thoughts on the first year at KES

Hi all
I am new to the forum but thought I would throw something in to see if there would be any takers.........
As the first year draws to its end for our Shell boys, how have their experiences been? Was it everything they expected it to be or have there been bumps along the way?? How have they coped with the social and academic side of things?
