KEVI Foundation Entrance exam to include other schools

Post by DIY Mum »

According to the KECHB newsletter sent to dps: in 2013 Queen Mary’s, Stratford and Alcester schools plan to amalgamate with the KEVI Foundation entrance exam. Won't have an effect on the next cohort to sit exam e.g. dc5 but the following set (2014).

KECHB also plan to increase to four form entry in the future.

With so many different schools joining in with the test it is pretty much a certainty that papers will start to be leaked again as they were in the bad old days. KE Foundation won't be able to keep control of that number of invigilators who don't work for their schools, and we will soon find that some "tutors" know exactly what is on the papers to the benefit of their pupils especially the ones sitting the "sick" test. And yes I know this sounds cynical but it is what will happen, even if it isn't happening already, as was suggested yesterday on another thread.
