11 Plus Exams Forum

Just thought I would let you all know that now all the Birmingham and S/C grammars have one exam, they will launch a new website soon: http://www.birminghamgrammarschools.org" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

The key dates are :
13th May - test registration opens
12th July - registration closes at 4pm
7th September - test date

I assume open days will be held in June / July. The HGS open evening is on 27th June. KE schools don't seem to have released dates yet, Please update, when anyone hears anything about the other schools.

From their website -Five Ways Open Evenings are Tuesday 25th June and Friday 13th September - both 6-8.30pm. They normally have the Saturday morning after the Fri evening in Sept but the info on the website doesn't include Saturday this year.

I posted my daughter's off on Friday - and the open days are:

Queen Mary's High School (Girls)
Open Evening: Thursday 25th April 2013 7 - 9 p.m.
Open Mornings: 29th April 11:00- 12:15 p.m.
8th & 9th May 11:00 - 12:15 p.m.
11th & 17th June 11:00 - 12:15 p.m.

Queen Mary's Grammar School (Boys)
Open Evening Wednesday 27th March 2013 6 - 8:30 p.m.
Open Morning Friday 3rd May 9:45 - 11 a.m

KEVIHS (King Edward VI Handsworth Girls School) has an Open Evening on Thursday 27th June.

Starts at 6pm and ends at 8 pm.
Head's address is @ 6.30 and 7.30 pm.
