Day One survived!
DS had his first day at KEFW yesterday. He managed the public bus on his own (turning down an offer of a lift from a friend's mum!) and also the 15 min walk home from the bus stop. Even remembered to text me to say he'd made it to school 
He was really happy when he got back and even told me what he'd done and showed me all the various bits he'd been given - I've not managed to get this much info out of him for years!
