Bishop Vesey’s Grammar School:

2013 sees the best ever ‘A’ level results at Bishop Vesey’s Grammar School

Students, parents and staff are celebrating the best ever ‘A’ level results at Bishop Vesey’s Grammar School with a 100% pass rate.

A record 82% of entries were graded A*-B, with one in two students gaining at least two A grades in the tough facilitating subjects.

1 pupil scored a superb five A*s and three A*s were recorded for 3 pupils. 1 pupil achieved an excellent A*, A and two B’s and who is now off to Exeter to study Sport and Exercise Science. 3 pupils who are triplets achieved top grades to proceed to Birmingham and Warwick Universities to study Law, Chemistry and Psychology respectively.

King Edward VI Camp Hill Boys it has been a record breaking year with 35.2% of A Levels (excluding General Studies) being passed at A* grade, 77.9% A*/A and 93.6% A*/B. Some 76 pupils achieved at least one A* grade. Twelve students achieved three A* grades, nine achieved 4A* grades and four achieved 5A* grades. One student achieved an astonishing 5A* and one A grade.
