Hi,

Does anyone know if it matters how the scores are made up? is the final score considered or do they look at how much of the score was Engligh/VR and Maths/NVR?

My DD scored higher in English/VR and slightly lower in Maths/NVR.

Do they look at overall score or breakdown when making the offer of a place?

As far as I am aware, it's the overall score that counts.

The breakdown is not even used to decide the last child in on tied scores - that is done by considering the distance from the school.
