Just to note that if you want to let others know your child's score and allocated school/position on any waiting list (and this is very helpful :) ) but feel shy on the open forum, you are also welcome to pm Okanagan or myself and we will post the data anonymously.

Morning all

It seems Birmingham LEA/ King Edwards Consortium will not be releasing info until Monday (3rd March 2014) - as advertised to be fair

However luckier soles in other LEAs are now getting results which give Birmingham anxious parents some clues....

Hopefully 80s girl won't mind - she's posted on the AK Loving Dad news from FO active topic (yes I was one of the party up after midnight on 28 FEB/ 1st March

A girl in Solihull on 227 has KE Camp Hill girls. Good news for those on and above this score.
Thanks for everyone's good wishes as this means my dd has her place by God's grace :D

Eeek. Thankyou 80's girl for delivering me some good news! Although I'm still worried about it just in case of a misprint so will have to wait for the email confirmation!

Hi all:

Apologies for any upset this may cause (especially as I don't have a DS) but this was posted on AK Loving Dad's 2014 cutoff - news from FO discussion:

Many congratulations 80s girl to you both. As I've mentioned on another thread, 234 didn't get my son a place at KECH so that should give others some idea of cut off range perhaps? I'll be devastated if he's missed out by 1or 2 marks though! :(
I sincerely hope that those of you with scores below 234 hoping from CHB aren't too disappointed - hopefully you have other choices on your secondary selection application which may still work out.

But I think we're all finding this waiting to find out something of a misery - so thougth it best to post this
