I am sure we all agree on this fundamental freedom which we are lucky enough to enjoy in Britain (although not in many other countries).
SO WHY ARE SOME POSTERS PERFECTLY VALID COMMENTS INVARIABLY REMOVED? This region of the forum seems to be particularly sensitive to any idea that does not completely accord with their own opinions.

With freedom comes responsibility.
This is a moderated forum, and posts which breach the rules or are likely to cause offence risk being edited or removed.

At the top of most forum pages is a big banner which reads:
Participation in the forum implies full and unconditional acceptance of all the rules and guidance.
Do not post unless you are in agreement with the rules and guidance.
If you are not happy with this, you are perfectly free to go elsewhere.

The vast majority of forum members have never had the slightest problem posting ........
