Now I'm sure the King Edwards Consortium keep a very close eye on this forum (snigger) - maybe they'd like to update their website and put us all out of our misery?

I can't believe it would be as late as the following Wednesday. That would give very little time to fill in the CAF!

If they don't update their website, they will get a lot of emails as they say to email if not received by 21st October.

Surely if they've published it everywhere and there is a deadline for us to get our school choices in they will have to get them out by Friday??

Have they ever been significantly been delayed before??

Yes, last year they arrived a day early which was a surprise!

Can someone confirm if there is a delay? I don't want to phone the consortium office. I feel like a stalker!!

I called the foundation office. They said the results won't go out until next week - expect to receive them on Wednesday

GRAMMAR SCHOOLS ENTRANCE TEST RESULTS

You will receive your child’s test score by Wednesday 22 October by post.
The letter will indicate the scores required for each of the schools in the previous three years.
Parents/carers can then decide whether or not to include any of the Grammar Schools in Birmingham on their home Local Authority (LA) preference form.

Offers will be made by the Local Authority on 1st March 2015 (or the next working day) and full details are given in your Local Authority booklet or available online.
Parents will only receive one offer and will not hear from any school unable to offer their child a place.

(PLEASE NOTE TEST RESULTS WILL NOT BE RECEIVED BY FRIDAY 17 OCTOBER 2014)
