My ds scored 316 and we received the letter this morning and he didn't get a place in Adams. Good luck to everyone out there

Yes my friend has had hers, good news from TT and NGHS so a nice decision for them! We're Shropshire and it says on their website results posted on Monday, both online and through the post - see you all at midnight tomorrow!
Re: Allocations 2015
My dd has been offered a place at NGHS - score 320 (out of area)

Congratulations Mrs H, that's great!

Re: Allocations 2015
I think I have some news on cut off scores.
We live in North Warwickshire. Letter just arrived and we were not offer places at either Bishop Vesey or KEA. DS scored 213 in the Birmingham test. So if I understand the system correctly, the 1 Mar cut off score for both BV and KEA is 213 or higher. We could have missed out on distance hence 213 and not 214.
This is not exactly a surprise as we always thought the only change to get into BV would be via the waiting list. Nevertheless, there are apparently some extra places this year at BV so the score could have dropped.
Like others we’ll only find out on Monday how far down the waiting list we are.
Hope this helps.

Ive just been to a kids birthday party and one Sutton-based dad reckoned they had received their email this morning and he'd not got CHB with a 242, but got BV as his second choice. Please don't shoot the messenger.

How very strange for a "Sutton based dad" to have received an allocation email when Birmingham City Council won't be sending the emails out until Monday

Strange indeed.
Isn't there anyone from Warwickshire or Telford who got a place at CHB/KEA/BV?

The cHB story has a strange aroma and is in my opinion best ignored. Birmingham never send emails early and Sutton is in birmingham. Sounds like a wind up.
