Anyone travelling from castle brom/hodge hill to KECHB

Post by Zanefc »

Hi. Well done to all the DC's who took the test regardless of their result. My son was one of the lucky ones who scored highly. We really want him to go to camp hill but travel time on bus is 1hr 15 mins, unfortunately there is no option for myself or DH to take him in car. Was wondering if there was anyone in hodge hill or castle Bromwich who will be travelling to camp hill, will have peace of mind if my DS has a buddy to go with.
Thanks

Well done to your son! Fingers crossed things work out with the travel to and from school.

Hiya, I would advise calling the school to see if they have a buddy system. Seem to remember when DD1 was starting Sutton Girls 4 years ago that they had a transition website over the summer where one of the sections was to register if wanted travel buddies. Hopefully Camp Hill will have similar.
