My DD is waitlisted 56 as on 6 April 17 for Sutton Coldfield Girls. She scored 212. We are very anxious. Would she clear?

Do people know the score for last place offered at Sutton Coldfield Girls until now? Many thanks.

Looking at some of the stickies at the top of this region for example in 2015 the score went as low as 215. 56 is nearly two classes worth of movement so sounds like a tall order but I don't know your region and what schools parents may choose in preference. Do you have a good alternative you've been offered? Fingers crossed for you.

To be honest, with that score it is indeed a tall order. If you look at the previous year's waiting list thread, a higher score was still on the waiting list in July.
I know how anxious the wait for a suitable school can be. I hope you have a good school for your DD to attend in September.

My DD is in year 8 at scgsg.
She was initially 45th on offers day and got her place at the end of July.
I know it went down into the 50's that year and offers were still being made in Sept.
I think it is a long shot but I wish you luck.

I know of a 216 that was offered a place mid to end of March at SCGS, good luck Carbon.

She got 213 and initial cut off that year was 215.
There were definitely offers at 212.
