Hello everyone,

my daughter missed a few maths questions out on the exam paper. Should We keep our hopes up for a place or is it highly unlikely that she will get one?

How did others get on?

My DD too missed some question as well. As far as they have attempted other right they still have good chance. They had 2 English paper so if kids has done good on them they stand a fair chance.

Mine said the same, :) . Creative Writing and English is her strong point but she only did 14 lines .Not sure that will be enough. They do say its quality not quantity, so keeping my fingers crossed. Good luck.

My daughter is due to take the kehs exam in 2017.

Could the families who have recently taken the exam advise re no. Of papers.

Reading your replies on this post it seems there are 2 papers for English.

Is it the traditional vr, maths paper, English and a creative writing element? With no nvr?

My dd will be taking only the kehs independent exam and not the grammar school test so is it ok to leave out nvr as it's unlikely to come up?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi

There were 2 English papers. Each paper had both comprehension and creative writing.

1 Maths Paper.

NO verbal reasoning and NO non verbal.

Can't say for sure it will be the same next year.
