Independent school deadlines

Does anyone know the deadlines for acceptance and when deposits have to be paid, or has this date already passed?
Trying to determine where move movement on the lists could come From!

Generally independent schools will want a deposit paid sometime in March I think - the deposit is not refundable and in the case of KES etc is about £400. If a place is accepted then they have to give a terms notice to the school that they are not taking a place ie by the beginning of the summer term. Some parents accept that they will have to pay a term's fees as they want to hang on to an indie place while waiting on GS movement and cannot give notice until after the beginning of the summer term.
All this movement relies on parents actually getting round to deciding and giving up the GS place
- there are some who still won't have done this
