Have been given a place on the waiting list. Does anyone know how many people get put on it and how much movement is likely? Does anyone know of people getting an offer from the waiting list??

Today we had an offer of a full fee paying place. Was hoping for a scholarship so will now decide if we can afford the £15000+ per year it will cost for the next 7 years.
DD scored 250+ on the Birmingham exam and 370+ on the Walsall exams so we have other options on the list.

Good luck to everyone else waiting to hear back from KEHS.

Just thought id update for those still waiting.

Further to my post above.

Look like letters are going out before December, We got a letter in the the post this morning and our DD has been offered an assisted place at KEHS.

Now its over to her to decide if she wants to go KE Handsworth or KEHS. Will let her decide.

Thanks
Nad
Are you willing to share what the assisted fees are?

There is always some movement from the waiting list. The best person to ask is the admissions officer at the school and to also find your dd's position on the waiting list.

Sorry I posted on other thread - No offer here, dd is fine now she's had a hot chocolate and a hobnob :)

Many, many congratulations to all girls getting offers today - Bravo to all who gave it a shot (good luck for March).

Also keeping everything crossed for boys awaiting results x
