She should safely get a place.The non pp cut off fell to at least 314 last year and the qualifying score for pp last year was 300.

The number of pp places at QMHS will be expanding as it increases its numbers in future years.As part of the Mercian trust both QMGS and QMHS were successful in getting a share of the governments £50 million expansion fund for grammar schools for disadvantaged children.The issue for the schools in due course will be whether they bring in boundaries for selection for the schools bearing in mind what is happening in the Birmingham grammars.
