Which one did you rank above the other on your CAF? What were your reasons at the time and do they still stand?

Which one is easier to get to? Does one offer more interesting extracurricular activities?

Which school did / does your DD prefer? She's the one who's got to spend 190 days of the year there.

Assumably you ranked Sutton Coldfield GS above WGHS because you preferred it when you filled in the CAF - otherwise the LEA woul not have called to offer you a place. So why would you be confused now? What has changed that would make you prefer WGHS? Is it that your DD has been on induction there and made some friends and likes the school? Is WGHS easier travel from where you live?

Unless WGHS has suddenly become more positive for you (especially if travel is easier) then whatever reasons made you put SCGS first on the CAF assumably still stand.

We choose WGHS as her mark in Walsall is far better than the Birmingham consortium. Also distance wise both are about same distance from our place, but we have a second plan to move, so it's ok. I just want to know academically performance wise which school us better?

The only thing that matters is how your DD performs. The difference between most GS is negligee and, frankly, it is far more important your DD is happy at school as she will then perform better. Which one does she prefer having looked round them and which one is an easier journey (in my experience, most people who say they have a plan to move, don’t.)

How far are the schools actually from where you live, if you have to think about moving to be nearer one / both?
