King Edwards independent school letter

Hi I quess every ds who has been registered for Birmingham grammars test received a letter from king Edwards drumming up business?

Could there be a lack of registration to their test or do they send this out every year?

Nice posh envelope with crest and quality paper within!

Yep-had this three years ago for my older DS.....didn't get a place but has ended up thriving at HGS (and saving us a fortune)

I have twins sitting the 11+ this time round and they sent two copies of the letter/envelope!! Still not decided whether to enter them for the KES exam...

It’s out of our league re finances, we haven’t prepared for the different format anyway and ds’s handwriting is not the best - thank goodness bham test is multiple Choice

If it were an option the interview puts me off re subjective decision as opposed to objective decision re score.

Good luck with making a decision! As the letter says gives another choice and does not affect LA form choices!
