Hi, I’m guessing you have checked out the public transport options- quite the trek every day and in rush hour would be a nightmare!
I’m sorry if I sound negative but is any school worth a journey of this length? Your daughter would be travelling from one side of Birmingham to the other in the rush hour twice a day for the next 5 years. I wouldn’t want to do this as an adult.
Ive always been critical of this, I know someone who sends his son from Yarldley to Walsall and I think the novelty has worn out. The amount saved in travel each way daily could be spent at home doing work or just relaxing. But for some state schooling is not an option if local comps are poor.
