My son was offered Bishop Vesey on Friday, 220, approx. 1.9miles away.
No letter yet though, just phone call and showing on the portal

How can you be on the Camp Hill wait list if you secured your first choice of Five Ways? I thought you only got put on wait lists for higher preferences?

I think Sujatra put Camp Hill first but is now happy with the catchment school of Five Ways

Not offered
Second choice given Fiveways - 1.7 miles within catchment

One of friend’s son has been offered Camphill boys yesterday but they have declined the offer. 268 out of catchment non pp. They are happy with Stratford Boys Grammar School KES.

Good to hear CHB have now managed to offer to all catchment boys with the priority score and have moved on to Cat 5. Does anyone know if it's the same for Five Ways?

Surely KES has the same challenge with some boys at 230 or 210 for PP? Scores at those levels are bright boys.

Interesting logic. Not quite sure I agree with the 'school is not selective anymore' statement! Oh well it frees up a place!
