It operates the same as it has done all year. Basically, if there is a no show and they find out she has enrolled in another school it create a space. Person 1 on the W/L will be contacted (usually by phone at this stage to speed the process up) to see if they want the space. If they say yes, then the space is filled, if they say no they move to person 2 on the W/L and so on.

In the previous year I knew of people 70th on wait list who got places by May/June so there was a lot of movement.
