Offers for Sept 2021 allocations

Post by janet.redman »

Hi there, yesterday Warwickshire published the attached which detailed ahead of the official offers going out the allocation of places based on scores and categories, ie pupil, premium, distance etc.

https://api.warwickshire.gov.uk/documen ... 03847-2520" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Has anyone found anything similar for Birmingham?

We live in Warwickshire but are miles from the grammar schools there so we’re waiting to hear about Sutton Girls Grammar School.

Thanks and good luck everyone!

Warwickshire always seem to issue the AQS early, unfortunately these days there will be nothing about Birmingham until 1st March.

Having said that, it is possible for SGGS that you may hear about girls in Solihull who have places and what their scores are - Solihull usually issue the allocations the evening before (though whether they would do that on a Sunday, I am not sure)

It’s Sutton Coldfield not Solihull. Sutton Coldfield come under Birmingham so I guess we won’t hear until Monday.

Interestingly in Warwickshire the cutoffs have mostly increased by a few points but they think that may be down to the advantage of taking the test later.

I know. But some people in Solihull apply to Sutton and may get offered places and we may get to hear about the scores. :roll:
