Has anyone received their letter from the foundation office confirming the date, location and time of the test? Thanks |

No, not received anything as yet. But we did receive a letter from the KE Foundation, reminding us that there is also the Independent KE School, should we wish to consider. |

Same as *Wildwest* here - we had an email promoting KEHS as an option for our DD. I believe the confirmation of times etc is not due until very close to the date - maybe the start of September, even. |

Hi, newbie and nervous. My DD will be attempting the 11+ exam this year, 2021. We completed all the relevant online forms for Birmingham and received a confirmation email! My question is to wildwest and justoutside, I haven't received any communication from KE foundation as to a reminder about KESH that you are referring to. Do you know why some have received this and others haven't? Thank you in advance |

Hi Sherry08 I received the email on 23 July, entitled 'King Edward VI High School for Girls, Edgbaston' from a Catherine Oakes. I would try not to worry if you haven't received that email. If you received confirmation of receipt of your application for your DD to sit the 11 plus, I'm sure everything is ok. Having said that, I think we're all anxious that we haven't been missed off the list, seeing as we haven't heard any more details about the exam yet! |

Hi there if you have received the confirmation email from KE Foundation, then that's it. Don't worry about the KES/KEHS email. That is just a marketing email for private schools. If you are considering one of those private schools, you can simply apply via their website, to sit their entrance exam in October 2021. You don't need that email in order to apply. |

Thank you for letting us know. We haven't received our letter as yet, but I won't panic (just yet) and wait to see if it is in the post today. Only 9 days left.... ![]() Edited: 13:33 after post person came and went. A letter still hasn't arrived! I am getting a little panicked now. I have rang the FO however, no one is answering! Does anyone have children in previous years? If so, was the letter this delayed? |
