queen mary test scores

my son will take december 08 test as they take two tests do they have to get a minimum score on each test or are the scores from each test combined to form an overall score

The 2 scores are added together then standardised according to age. The problem with the Queen Marys tests is that they are multiple choice NFER tests that most of the candidates would have practised for heavily. This means that your son/duaghter will have to do exceedingly well to get through. Last year my daughter passed the test there was around 840 girls who took it and around 90 offers made.
