Does this help?

From Monday 21 March 2022, you can contact Children’s Services on 0121 303 1888 who will let you know who holds the waiting list for the school you are interested in (either School Admissions or the school itself).

Re: BIRMINGHAM ALLOCATIONS MARCH 2022
Hi,
I wanted to know if other parents have had any offers from being on the waiting list with a position higher than 20. My son is position 30th for Handsworth and 40th for Aston. How far do the waiting list go down by?

That's good news Irn
millieRed - sometimes people are offered a GS place when they already have a place at another one so that leads to yet more movement. difficult to say exactly how far the list will move though.

Re: BIRMINGHAM ALLOCATIONS MARCH 2022
I suspect that has already passed, likely to have been shortly after the national allocation day - there maybe some who hold on to places at GS and accept KES/KEHS (knowing that they will have to pay a term's fees if they decline it but are still deciding / sorting out finances etc etc )
