Green Bus extra fuel charge

I was just wondering what Green Bus users were doing about the fuel surcharge we’ve been asked to pay. We have 2 children who use the service and an unexpected bill of £190 has come as an unwelcome burden.

Is it possible for your children to get public transport?
We looked into the green bus but realised the public bus was about a third of the price (and can use the pass at weekends/ holidays)

Unfortunately it’s a retrospective charge, this is why it’s such a shock. We thought we knew what we were paying for the year but the company have added £95 per child for the academic year that’s almost over
