do statemented pupils find out in Feb?

I am pretty sure statemented children get their results a month early, just want to know for sure, as I have not heard it in an official capacity.
In previous years, when the school is to be named on the statement the parents have been informed in mid-Feb which school the LEA proposes to specify, I assume it will be the same this year. But I don't know whether every statmented child has a school named on their statement? I assume not, but I know nothing about the subject.
