I am so sorry that your son didn't get the result you were hoping for. Is the result close enough to appeal? If so, please ask for advice on the forum too, as there are many of us who went through it last year.
Please remember that every year there are lots of kids who perhaps should have passed but, for whatever reason, didn't. They survive and in virtually every known case, thrive. It isn't the end, simply a different beginning.
