Today's Bucks 11+

My daughter did today's Bucks 11+ exam, and came out of it saying she had failed. She did not answer about 10 questions, just guessed them.
She was off school yesterday with a very heavy cold and sinusitis, but went in today to do the exam.
In her practices and her school familiarisation papers, she has been scoring well - above 88% - up to 95%, but today's exam floored her. She said she spent most of the exam blowing her nose and sticking a vicks inhaler up her nose.
My friend's daughter who is at another school, says that that they were told they should not go in if they were sick, as they could do it another day. We have not been told that at our school. So I feel a bit angry, that my daughter could have taken the exam when she was feeling better. It didn;t help that a friend phoned her up last night and said if she didn't do the exam today she would be down as a fail for today's paper.
I am now hoping that next Wed she will do a lot better and feel a lot more confident!
