Allocation Day looms!!!!

Three weeks today we find out which school our DCs will be allocated ... let's hope it's the result we want/hope for - or more appeals may be looming!!!!
The countdown has begun

Gosh it comes round so quickly and we haven't even had our appeal yet!

I heard that last year, when appeals were also delayed by snow, a member of the Appeals department was waiting outside the door of the final appeal cases to get the results. She then ran to the Admissions office with them!
I hope she's getting in training for this year's sprint ...

DD said today as she was leaving for school ... "I hope I get my first choice school, I really REALLY want to go there!"

I feel quite sick with worry and nerve's, as although we have now moved, we are not being allocated anything apparently until end April? Dread to think we could then end up having to travel all the way back to Milton Keynes each morning for more years to come when my other 2 kids will be going to the school right opposite our new house!
