We were extremely impressed with Chesham Grammar (child felt that this was the school for him) on two visits: open day and normal working day. The children who showed us round were good ambassadors for their school.

Grateful for any views/feedback/experiences of Chesham Grammar.

Both my DCs have friends there, and children and parents all seem very happy with it and we also thought it had a very nice ‘feel’ to it (like you we visited on both an open day and a normal working day).

Daughter is there. I'm impressed with the strong leadership of the Head and this filters down through the school.

It has definitely been a school 'on the up' since he took over.

I have a son there in Year 8 who is very happy and settled in quickly to the school in Year 7. It appears a very sociable school but they do work hard as well (no bad thing). This year they have introduced 'vertical' registration forms so that in each registration form there are at least 3 pupils from each year group. Most were quite anti this at the beginning, but my son now really enjoys mixing with the older children in his form.
