Writing on question sheet (Bucks)

I have read elsewhere on this forum that a child was not allowed to write on the question sheet during his eleven plus exam. Does this apply generally in Bucks?

Thanks,

JAC

Dear JAC

You are probably thinking/have read information on the 12+ [ late transfer] where you are not allowed to write on the question sheet.

However, with regard to the 11 plus, the child CAN use the question booklet for writing notes, which I actively encourage, in fact I INSIST they do!

The children are working at such a fast rate they cannot keep everything in their heads. Stereo-typically it's the boys who find this basic instruction the hardest to follow!

Patricia - My daughter's tutor has told her to ring the questions on the answer sheet that she needs to go back to rather than the question sheet. I am sure I have read somewhere on the forum that nothing should be written on the answer sheets. What are your views on this?

Dear Guest

Most definitely must NOT mark the answer sheet other than the horizontal line indicating the answer.
