I don't know if there is a bus directly from Stoke Hammond, but there is one from Great Brickhill and one from Little Brickhill (both around 7.30 am I think), and there used to be one from Drayton Parslow. You should be able to find out by ringing the transport section at Bucks council.

Have just discovered that there is an 'app' on the council website that tells you where your bus stops, and it appears there is a Stoke Hammond bus that stops at Bragenham Side.

Should also have said deepa, that school buses used to be free within the county, but this is no longer the case for travel to a grammar that is more distant than an alternative upper school. You will have to pay for the service. I don't know how much, as it depends on distance. Again, I think you will find all the info, and application details, on the school transport page of the Bucks council website.
