I wonder if anyone with experience can say when it would be "safe" to share details without giving unfair advantage to late sitters?
I assume that most late sitters this year will be people who were ill, and so they might take the test at the first opportunity when they are better - could vary in time. However I thought I also read that people could apply to sit the transfer test late, possibly even through to July? Is it then normal to wait most of the year before sharing information!
I guess anyone tested after 11th October will no longer affect the standardisation calculations and hence the pass mark for this year. But anyone taking the test late and passing could take the place that would have gone to another child so fairness would say don't share for a long time....?
I'm sure someone on this forum has experience of this?
