I was wondering - are there any parents from Reading sending their children to schools in Buckinghamshire? If so, what schools and whats the travel like?

There are a couple of Bucks schools that seem to take out of catchment kids each year - Chesham I think is one. I cannot imagine committing a child to that sort of journey every day - or myself since there wouldn't be a straightforward way of doing that via public transport.
I would focus on Reading Boys/Kendrick or Slough might be reachable? After that is try for Maiden Erlegh catchment (inc its new proposed satellite in East Reading) or a n other Wokingham school.
