Lots of children come in on the train from Maidenhead, Flackwell Heath, Cookham they seem to have a great time. There is a bus from Maidenhead I think but the out of county price is v high. Ds goes on the bus (we're the other side of Marlow in the villages).

Bucks CC have detailed maps on their website too to check catchment.

I'm sure your dd will love SWBGS - ds adores it. It's not everyone's cup of tea I think as it's small and very Marlow but ds knew from the minute he first visited it that it was where he wanted to go to school.

Does your dd know about the Chromebooks

Oh yes! It's new for this year but current year 7 and 12 have to bring a Chromebook (or something with a proper keyboard which will run google apps) to school with them every day. They don't use them all the time but they use them most days. They also have various self assessment type stuff which they need to use them for. Oh and of course they're really useful for taking silly selfies of yourself and classmates
