2017 testing timeline

The full timeline for the coming year's testing procedure has now been announced on the BCC website http://www.buckscc.gov.uk/education/sch ... sfer-test/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;, and is as follows:
Children born between 1 September 2005 and 31 August 2006 will be moving to secondary school in September 2017. The timetable in relation to the Buckinghamshire transfer Test for this entry has just been announced, as follows:
3 May 2016 at 3pm – Registration for the Buckinghamshire Transfer Test will open for pupils attending out-of-area schools or partner schools
30 June 2016 at 3pm – Registration for the Buckinghamshire Transfer Test will close for all pupils other than those subsequently moving into the area
13 September 2016 (Tuesday) – Preparation Test will be scheduled for all pupils who completed the registration process and for all pupils in Buckinghamshire primary schools
15 September 2016 (Thursday) – Transfer Test for pupils who sat the Preparation Test on 13 September
14 October 2016 – Transfer Test results will be published for those pupils who sat the tests in the above timescale
Please note, if your child attends a Buckinghamshire LA Junior or Combined school, you will not need to register them for the Transfer Test, as they are registered automatically. If your child attends a Buckinghamshire LA Junior or Combined school and you do not want them to be tested, you should let your child’s school know nearer the time.
