Silly Question
Please forgive me for this really silly question, but it has been bothering us. We are Out of county and got a good pass which are all delighted with. What happens to those who are sucessful in their appeal, do they go into the same "pot " when places are allocated. Are places allocated to those that passed first then the reminder of places left go the those who have had a successful appeal?
Later allocations
Hi.,
Are there any statistics on which schools get filled at first allocation? Who will be qualified for later allocations? Any statistics for those qualified are not offered a place in grammar ( at first allocation or later allocation)?
Thanks

Hi Guess
If you look at page 18 of this link (I suggest printng the page, as it is displayed vertically) I think it will answer most of your questions about which schools struggle to accommodte their first preference applicants:
http://www.buckscc.gov.uk/moderngov/Pub ... Public.pdf
Around 98% of children in Bucks who qualify for a GS receive their first preference school.
ALL children who are resident in Bucks will be offered a grammar school place.
