I have a query on understanding the below slide:

If we take Chesham as an example - is my understanding correct that all students in Bucks that listed Chesham as first preference (in county) got offered a place and all OOC students (first preference) were offered a place too with the exception of 2 candidates?

I thought schools did not know which order of preference candidates listed them?
Do we get the same view what happened to preferences other than 1st?

The schools don't know the order but the LA does - this document comes from them. You always get the highest preference that can offer a place.

They don't know, but the student will be allocated their first choice if it is available and they meet the criteria. If not, the allocation moves down to their second choice and so on.

Please can someone highlight how parents get notified on the second round allocations. Do get told of a place this Friday and if no place then what # on waiting list?

I see there is no update on the distance profiles on the Bucks cc? Does anyone have any news ?
