Hello

Apologies in advance if this question has already been asked. We are looking to move to Chalfont &Latimer and were wondering if there are other kids travelling to Watford Grammar Boys School from this area. Would love to hear from parents how the commute is and if there is any school bus/pool travelling service available.

Why not apply for a local secondary?

That is an option for us indeed. Just that he has got into a school. If we were to apply for Secondary school, and knowing Bucks schools are usually oversubscribed, we don't want to keep playing the waiting game. We do not live in Bucks right now (currently in Pinner), so moving itself is a daunting task in itself.

Did he qualify for a Bucks GS? I would speak to admissions as soon as you have proof of address.

This is an easy journey - get on the tube at Chalfont and Latimer and change at Moor Park to one going to Watford. Its 5 stops on the Metropolitan Line.
